1. In a one to ten, your stress levels now?
2. What will happen to you if you continue this level of stress six months, one year from now or not.

But I found that many women of my life and business coach, a very low rate when it comes to self-care and life balance. Often as women in our care to all service people and put themselves last on the list. This is also true in the workplace.

When we care, all other costs are not our only hurt us but we rejected another opportunity to grow as adults and do what they need to do for themselves. Important if we have to and then in the privacy of our best to dry. Christian life is a car I often remind my clients that even Jesus command us not only to love God with what we have but to love our neighbors, our own. Indeed self-love in the equation. I have to consider five strategies to get moving in the right direction of self-care and more balanced life.

1. Self focus! Everyone needs time difference, but one problem remains the same. If we are to have more balance in our lives we must be deliberate and planned. Is a priority, or simply will not occur. We will provide real time for important things. So why not put yourself in the list and may be at the top. Make "you" in your calendar, even if it is only 15 minutes per day. Appointment with yourself. Appointment with you is just as important as your football game of basektball daugher.

2. Water in joy! When I asked several women what they like doing or what they do, they often prefer to have answered my difficult time. I am a good indication that they are just overworked and overstressed. What you light up? What makes you smile what you love and enjoy doing? What you will be children at play. Time of fun and find your child. Allow yourself the fun!

3. Learn to say "no"! You may find that you need it is what you can do to generate some body parts and healthy self? May be "No" to answer calls at night. "No" if you do not want to that in the first. Not to board. You've been thinking. It is sometimes said to "release".

4. Help! Women often do not do this, but help not only help us out, and reducing some of our stress, but could benefit others as well. This especially in families with children. Responsibility to spread the good things for their colleagues and even for children!

5. Is now. I believe that precious life in this time and enjoy each moment. The art of the life. Learn how to close out transactions or projects in the future from our thoughts and savor a moment of pleasure or happiness is not only the benefits of trading with stress, but is actually a good way.

Good things about all these strategies is that they do not need expensive or even time. They have spirit and determination. When we give ourselves time to care less tender love I believe we not only enjoy life a little more ride, but we have more to people that we call the influence of the family business community and our world.
